After your intimation about bringing the pet to the property, we will discuss this with the owner. If you are moving out during the lease renewal then it is fine otherwise you will be financially responsible if you are going to move out during the lease period. Just in case you are moving out without intimating us then your roommate will be responsible to pay the total rent. If he is not paying the total rent then both of your credits will be affected. After a while, you may be turned over to the collections.
It is, for this reason, you will have to intimate us and coordinate with your roommate to find a financially responsible person in your place as a new roommate for him. If the income and credit requirements for that person are also impressive then we can take out your name and include his name as a new tenant. Your name will be removed from the lease and that means you are removed from any financial liability. Experts for Property management Services in Connecticut suggest you to inform before you move.
